The alternative draft laws: on amendments to article 1 of the Law “On pensions for meritorious service to Ukraine” re pension coverage for deputies of city, township and village councils (Reg. No. 2366) and on amendments to the Law “On pensions for meritorious service to Ukraine” (re deputies of city councils) (Reg. No. 2366-1) were considered during the meeting.
The Committee members noted that these bills suggest expand the range of subjects to the right for pension for meritorious service to Ukraine.
The Committee adopted the decision to recommend the Verkhovna Rada, following the results of the consideration in the first hearing, to adopt as a basis the draft law under Reg. No. 2366.
